Hudson Valley Coffee Company was born out of a love for coffee!  

Our desire to drink high quality, great tasting, fresh roasted coffee was the driving force of this adventure. The research for our new hobby, excitement for "all things coffee" and our desire to share our findings ultimately led to the start of our local business in 2017.  

We are proud to be a family run small batch coffee roaster located in the Hudson Valley region of New York.  

The online store opened in 2022 in response to friends asking - where can I buy your coffee?
